We then carry out a pilot run and commence work, considering the process's complexity. We benchmark to meet industry turnaround time. If there is a delay, we try to asses why and where the lag is. This initial effort usually lasts from one to two months and can sometimes extend up to five months to fine-tune and arrive at the most efficient process. We are flexible with our SOP documents which can be reviewed twice a month throughout the service period.
