PNB Exports is a progressing company that is currently in its development phase. The company is designed to export in-demand Sri Lankan commodities mainly focusing on spices such as black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cloves etc. The company owns a state-of-the-art spices processing centre situated in the Central Province of Sri Lanka.

Shifting to 100% renewable energy.
100% of the energy requirement of the new corporate office building which is being constructed and is expected to be opened by the end of 2023, will be from solar power to minimise Carbon emissions. Further, all communication material/reports are maintained in digital format except for confidential legal documents.
Planting trees and creating a habit of growing trees among the PNB team by making it mandatory for each staff to maintain at least one plant.
We have set specific KPIs to significantly reduce PNB’s absolute Carbon emissions and will remove and offset more Carbon than we emit, each year and seek to achieve net carbon production of zero by 2026.
Transforming the future of work for gender equality initiative

At present we're having a ratio of 4:6 between female and male employees and are aiming to make the gender ratio equal in the near future.
